COOKING STYLES:
Use charcoal briquettes
1. Open the air-vent fully.
2. Simply stack the charcoal briquettes inside of the
grill and add lighter fluid.
3. Immediately light the charcoal briquettes in several
places by using a long match and keep the grill
uncovered.
4. The flames will die out in 5-10 minutes, wait until the
charcoal briquettes completely ash over, then with a
cooking tool spread the briquettes evenly and begin
cooking.
Use coal briquettes
1. Open the air-vent fully.
2. Simply stack some coal briquettes inside of the grill
and add lighter fluid.
3. Immediately light the charcoal briquettes in several
places by using a long match and keep the grill
uncovered.
4. When the flames continue, add some feasible coal
briquettes and give wind to the air-vent until the
briquettes become red and begin coking.

DO NOT use diatomite grill for indoor cooking or heating
in home, vehicle and tents.
TOXIC carbon monoxide fumes can accumulate and
cause asphyxiation.
LIVE hot briquettes can create a fire hazard.
WARNING!
DO NOT use gasoline, kerosene, or alcohol for
lighting charcoal and/or coal briquettes.
ALWAYS open the grill lid carefully and slowly as
heat and steam trapped within grill can severely burn
you.
ALWAYS place the grill on a hard, level surface far
away from combustibles and children.
This is NOT a tabletop grill! Therefore, DO NOT
place this grill on any type of tabletop surface.
DO NOT attempt to move the grill once the
charcoal/coal briquettes have been lit or use Mitten if
necessary.
DO NOT leave al lit grill unattended, especially
around children and pets.
DO NOT touch metal parts of grill until it has
completely cooled to avoid burns, unless you are
wearing protective gear (potholders, cotton gloves,
BBQ mittens, hot pads etc.)
DO NOT remove the ashes until all briquettes are
completely and fully extinguished.
KEEP all electrical cords away from a hot grill.
DO NOT use grill in high winds.
DO NOT use the grill unless it is completely
assembled and make sure all parts are securely
fastened and tightened.
HELPFUL HINTS!
Here are a few helpful hints for the safe and effective
operation of your
new grill.
Allow 25-30 minutes for the briquettes to light before
cooking, The briquettes should have a light coating
of ash on top of them when ready.
When using lighter fluid allow ample time for liquid to
soak into briquettes before lighting, light briquettes in
several places to ensure maximum ignition.
Store your charcoal in a dry place. If storing outside,
seal charcoal in a waterproof container.
Diatomite grill is frangible. Be careful of the grill when
attempt to store and remove it.
When removing lid during cooking, lift to one side
instead of straight up. As lifting straight up will create
a vacuum within the grill sucking up the ash into the
food,
When cleaning your grill, DO NOT use abrasive
cleaners, for it will damage the parts of this product.
Clean all grids and pans with mild detergent. Rinse
clean with water. Remove all ash and dispose
properly.
Be careful of sharp edges before cooking.

Utilisation de briquettes de charbon de bois
1. Ouvrez entièrement l'évent d'aération.
2. Empilez les briquettes de charbon de bois à
l'intérieur du gril et ajoutez du gel d'allumage.
3. Allumez immédiatement les briquettes de charbon
de bois à différents endroits à l'aide d'une allumette
longue en laissant le gril à découvert.
4. Les flammes vont s'éteindre au bout de 5 à 10
minutes, attendez que les briquettes de charbon se
transforment en braise, puis à l'aide d'un instrument
de cuisine, étalez uniformément les braises et
commencez à cuisiner.
Utilisation de briquettes de charbon de terre
1. Ouvrez entièrement l'évent d'aération.
2. Empilez les briquettes de charbon de terre à
l'intérieur du gril et ajoutez du gel d'allumage.
3. Allumez immédiatement les briquettes de charbon
de terre à différents endroits à l'aide d'une allumette
longue en laissant le gril à découvert. Lorsque les
flammes sont persistantes, ajoutez des briquettes de
charbon de terre et ventilez les briquettes à travers
l'évent jusqu'à ce que les briquettes deviennent
rouges puis commencez à cuisiner.

3. Die Holzkohlebriketts sofort danach an mehreren
Stellen mit einem langen Streichholz anzünden und
die Grillhaube dabei offen lassen.
4. Die Flammen werden in 5 - 10 Minuten ausgehen.
Danach warten, bis die Briketts sich ganz mit Asche
überzogen haben. Diese mit einem geeigneten
Grillwerkzeug gleichmäßig verteilen und mit dem
Grillen beginnen.
Verwendung von Kohlebriketts
1. Die Lüftungsöffnungen ganz öffnen.
2. Einige Kohlebriketts einfach im Grill übereinander
stapeln und die Anzündflüssigkeit daraufgießen.
3. Die Kohlebriketts sofort danach an mehreren Stellen
mit einem langen Streichholz anzünden und die
Grillhaube dabei offen lassen. Wenn die Flammen
voll brennen, nach Bedarf noch einige Kohlebriketts
zugeben. Eventuell durch Öffnen der
Lüftungsöffnungen mehr Luft zuführen, bis die
Briketts rot zu glühen beginnen.
